Conventional formula of hydrochloric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor

Hydrochloric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor is a commonly used chemical agent for metal surface treatment, usually composed of hydrochloric acid, corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, corrosion inhibitor, and other components. The following is a conventional hydrochloric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor formula:

Hydrochloric acid (concentration 37%): 1200 mL

Ammonium chloride: 150 g

Phosphate corrosion inhibitor (such as epoxy propane acrylic copolymer, etc.): 50 g

Surfactants (such as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium octylbenzenesulfonate, etc.): 30 g

Corrosion inhibitors (such as copper nitrate, zinc nitrate, etc.): 10 g

Mix and stir the above ingredients in a certain proportion.

It should be noted that different metal materials may have different compositions and proportions for this formula. Therefore, in practical applications, the formula and usage method should be adjusted according to the type and specific requirements of metal materials to achieve good pickling effect and surface quality. When using hydrochloric acid pickling corrosion inhibitors, protective measures should be taken to avoid harm to human health and the environment. At the same time, it is necessary to store and handle according to relevant national regulations to ensure safety.
